Benten Solutions, Inc creates core technologies primarily focused on security related problems. Our motto is to create useful technologies that make our online world more secure and easy to use.

We focus on creating elegant and easy to use solutions while hiding all the complexities under the cover.

Our team of engineers come from all over the United States, India and Taiwan.

At Benten, we strongly believe in giving back to society. We pledge to give 10% of our profits to the following causes:

  • Primary school education for underprivileged kids
  • Sponsoring cataract surgeries via NPOs like Sankara Eye Foundation
  • Providing grants toward cancer and COVID research
  • Providing grants to develop clean energy

Huzefa Karachiwala

Huzefa is Co-Founder and CEO of Benten Technologies, Inc. Prior to Benten, Huzefa was with Wells Fargo since 2005 in various technology leadership roles. Huzefa has also worked at Calypso Technology, Embark and Infinity.

Terence Sheehy

Terence was with Hewlett-Packard in R&D, and has spent the last 25 years providing technical assistance to hedge funds in the Bay Area. Has been involved in several network related startups including Embark and Scalent.

Director of Development

Dr. Ming Jiang

Dr. Ming Jiang is one of the founding members of Benten Solutions, Inc. He has also formerly worked at Industrial Technology Research Institute, as Division Director from 2017 to 2021 and as Deputy Director from 2011 to 2013. He has more than 30 years of academic and industrial experience. Dr. Jiang received his doctorate degree in 1988 from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and his undergraduate and graduate degrees from National Taiwan University in Electrical Engineering.

Feng Li

Feng is the Chief Scientist at Benten specializing in data modelling. Feng has previously worked at JP Morgan, Citi and Credit Suisse in various quantitative modeling, engineering, and risk management roles.
